Location: the hotel was next to the beach or the main piazzas and shopping within the walls of the city, and Palazzo Rotati.
There was nothing I didn't like.

You guys made our stay excellent. Enjoyed Fano, the hotel was stylish and charming in the city centre. Dining area was perfect for a breakfast. The property was in the center of the city. A cool bonus was nearby Re Caffe, that offered tea and coffee.

Great location downtown, helpful staff and delicious breakfast. Clean, well-stocked apartment with amazing rooftop views. Stayed cool with AC during hot weather. Owner and family provided excellent service and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

It was excellent - owner very friendly.
I would have preferred a real breakfast - fresh fruit, bread, cheese, ham everyday and the option to have it outside in the courtyard - nowhere to sit outside. The owner did give me some cheese and ham. There were plenty of snacks - biscuits and sweet packet croissants otherwise. Minor issues really.

It was like we were residents of Fano, with our own apartment. Proprietor Gabriella Botis was really wonderful. It was a great experience,

should not be billed as a b&b. while there was a full and inviting kitchen there was no breakfast served, food was left in the kitchen the night before. so there was no interaction with other guests or the host.

At Palazzo Rotati, we were blown away by the beautiful apartment, just a short stroll from the sea. The warm welcome and already made-up room made us feel instantly at home. The daily breakfast brought to our room was a perfect start to the day. The comfortable bed, ample wardrobe space, and excellent shower and bathroom made our stay even more enjoyable. The balcony provided a stunning view of the nearby buildings and allowed us to soak in the evening sun. The location of Fano offered plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, as well as bicycle hire and affordable beach facilities. We particularly loved our bus trip to Urbino, with the front seats providing a breathtaking view of the countryside. The ground floor room towards the garden was spacious, nicely decorated, and had a big, comfortable bed. The modern and clean bathroom offered plenty of space, and the small kitchen was a convenient addition. Daily cleaning and parking permissions added to the convenience of our stay. The Fano theatre's music events and the nearby beach kept us entertained throughout our visit. our stay at Palazzo Rotati exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it for its bright, spacious, and clean rooms, superb breakfasts, and exceptional value for money.

The decoration of Palazzo Rotati is absolutely delightful, reminiscent of the old Italian style of the 20th century. The common areas are spacious and beautifully maintained, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior, I found the hotel's accessibility excellent, with easy access to the rooms and facilities.
One small suggestion for a better vacation experience for senior people would be to have more staff members available to assist with any special needs or requests.
